Southbound I-435 at I-35 closed due to tractor-trailer fire | fox4kc.com

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A tractor-trailer fire shut down part of I-435 early Thursday morning.
John Carter said he called 911 after he heard a couple of loud booms  around 1 a.m.
