#tbt - On this day, 106 years ago, crews were busy with lock construction at the Detroit District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Soo Locks. This little hole in the ground would eventually be the longest lock in the world when it opened in 1914. Note the little railroad to move materials on the left hand side

The accident happened along southbound I-35 just south of I-635 around 11 a.m.
